laser engraving works by vaporising the surface of the material therefore there may be some scorch marks on your final product. Scorch marks can vary from product to product but we ensure we take accurate photos of our products so you can see them in a true light.

How order:
In the field of personalization or in the annotation to me, only and only when placing an order, give names, suggestions for engraving. I am not responsible for additional information in private messages, because during the implementation of hundreds of orders, I am unable to check each message separately.
Important:
If you order a set of bookmarks and you do not write me your pattern, I will implement a mix of patterns!
If it's in progress, you can't change it!

We engrave words or name on the bookmarks
Please ensure all spellings/grammar/dates etc are correct, as we will not accept responsibility for any errors made unless its by ourselves.
Please remember that this is a natural product, made by hand, individually. Wood is always different, so it may have some knots, lines, fillings. Two of the same things will never be the same. The color of the stain may differ, a bookmark in the same color, e.g. walnut, may be lighter or darker in different places because the wood takes on the color differently. The engraved inscription can also be sometimes darker and sometimes lighter - it is affected by wood, air temperature and many other external factors.
